Requirements:
The Shockwave Plug-in is required and a high-speed internet connection recommended.
If you have problems installing the shockwave plug-in then please refer to the Adobe Shockwave support website for a list of possible causes and fixes.
Browser requirements:
MAC - Safari web browser
WINDOWS - Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3
Notes about permissions on Windows:
If you don't have administrator access to your Windows equipped computer, you may not be able to install Shockwave successfully. Permissions can be tricky, but, in general, you should be able to install Shockwave if your administrator gives you full access to the Macromedia directory.
